(appraisal orders), and ultimately your monthly revenue goals (fees and

Going forward, each evening, I will be sending out company e-mails
identifying those associates that are underperforming by way of calls and
underproducing by way of fees.
If you wish to keep your name off of the list, please make the recommended
100 calls per day.
This begins on Thursday, 6/23/05.
The format will be as follows:
Loan officer # of calls today Gross fees last month Gross fees this
month-to-date"
it's refered to as "getting your name on the board"
WHAT.
i'm a high producer in fees but a low producer in phone calls. i usually hit about 79-80 per day, but in one week i've already done $30,000 in fees (the reccomended is $12,000). when i brought this up i was simply told to "make more phone calls or you'll be on the board." I'M PULLING IN 2.5 times MORE THAN THE AVERAGE!!!!!! but i missed the phone call mark by 15-20 calls, so i'll be on the board if i don't make 100 today.
