identifying those associates that are underperforming by way of calls and
underproducing by way of fees.
If you wish to keep your name off of the list, please make the recommended
100 calls per day.

Loan officer # of calls today Gross fees last month Gross fees this
month-to-date"
it's refered to as "getting your name on the board"
WHAT.
i'm a high producer in fees but a low producer in phone calls. i usually hit about 79-80 per day, but in one week i've already done $30,000 in fees (the reccomended is $12,000). when i brought this up i was simply told to "make more phone calls or you'll be on the board." I'M PULLING IN 2.5 times MORE THAN THE AVERAGE!!!!!! but i missed the phone call mark by 15-20 calls, so i'll be on the board if i don't make 100 today.

it mostly pisses me off because when i make an interested contact i spend about a half hour putting together a package, another half hour convincing them why they want it and poof, there's a hour of call time gone. so now, i have to hop on the phone and dial TWICE as much the following hour.
a normal human being could do it, but i'm mentally "disabled" to the point that too much stress makes me pop and go fucking looney tunes and lands me back in the mental hospital.
::grits teeth:: i just feel like i'm in fucking 2nd grade again in a class full of kids that speak out of turn. i don't understand why i have to be humiliated if i'm OVER producing by $18,000 on 10-15 less calls than everyone else.
that and my boss has a very special way of condescending me to make me feel like i just pissed my bed. he LOVES to torture me because i'm so "frail" in the head. i've actually heard him make fun of my disabilities (both mental and physical) until someone told him i was standing behind him.
i know it's not aimed specifically at me, but i don't understand why there's such a problem if i'm doing well for myself AND the compnay, yanno?
