i've been calling this cuntface every hour on the hour, faxed her... she needs to give me this fucking appraisal so i can process this poor old guys mortgage/consolidation before he fucking goes broke. the old guy is so nice, i would kill if someone fucked him over (gloria stoker, appraiser bitch).

plus i'm looking at a $15000 paycheck if this closes before the 30th....

it could be that the bitch is waiting for some contractor (maybe from my work!!) to give her access to the property. however, she should be communicating that to you. you should look into these things, and if they are working with safeguard, i will yell at the contractors for you. :)
