just when you think your day can't get any better, you come in to this:

"The 100 call minimum has been loosely enforced until now.

(appraisal orders), and ultimately your monthly revenue goals (fees and

Going forward, each evening, I will be sending out company e-mails
identifying those associates that are underperforming by way of calls and
underproducing by way of fees.

If you wish to keep your name off of the list, please make the recommended
100 calls per day.

This begins on Thursday, 6/23/05.

The format will be as follows:

i'm a high producer in fees but a low producer in phone calls. i usually hit about 79-80 per day, but in one week i've already done $30,000 in fees (the reccomended is $12,000). when i brought this up i was simply told to "make more phone calls or you'll be on the board." I'M PULLING IN 2.5 times MORE THAN THE AVERAGE!!!!!! but i missed the phone call mark by 15-20 calls, so i'll be on the board if i don't make 100 today.

i think i might try this if i can find a facility around here... i think it'll reallly help with mental capacity to control my phychosis. i think it'll really help with work and life and well... everything...

1. don't worry too much. i know it sucks, but mom cleans up after you move out and 6 years later she apologizes. you'll cry and be happy, but don't take too much offence to it now. you should know that drugs make you do dumb shit. your relationship with her will be shakey but getting better, at least that's what i've seen so far.
