so i have been suffering from migrane and tension/vascular headaches. leave it to me to get the severe version of EVERYTHING. so wyl and i we're looking at the new pills (generic version of midrin) when we realize that they're the color verson of the pills max takes when he has his attacks in pi. it's funny because that's what i was comparing my headaches to. the one he gets in the subway especially. so now every time i pop a pill he says "chamalam (my nickname): press return" ass.


and i guess now that it's all closed up and signed and done with i can share something incredible that happened to me amongst my unbearable back and head pain last night... as i was on the ground writhing in pain on conference call (i put the phone on speaker and set it on the ground) something unbelievable happened....

I CLOSED A MOTHERFUCKING HALF A MILL LOAN AND MADE $25,000 IN MOTHERFUCKING FEES!!!!!

(only half of which i get which is even more push to open my own brokerage... but still dood...)

fucking a. i just made more in one day than i did last year. the best part? i have 2 more similar deals in processing RIGHT NOW. i love florida. i love the booming real estate in florida. i love that equity has quadrupled in those homes.

::sigh of relief::

now to keep this up.

2 this month, but they made $27,000 in fees. i have 7 in processing right now. i expect maybe 4-5 of them to close. one is $800,000 and another is $600,000... the other ones range between $100,000 - $300,000. suuper happy fee time!

we get a lot of our leads from equifax, but yes, they are incredibly mistrusting. you gotta freaking jump through hoops and tapdance while lighting your head on fire to hook 'em.
