i hate it when other people's stupidity holds up everything in my life. other people that directly effect my cash flow just seem to fucking take forever to do the tinyest simple little fucking things: my lenders, the appraisers, fuck EVEN THE BORROWERS (in some instances ESPECIALLY the borrowers). all i want is to be able to pay my bills. i work in an incredibly lucrative fucking job but no one involved in the loan process can't seem to pull their heads out of their asses to fucking help me. yeah, seems that everyone in the world would rather go off with their happy jackoff land and second guess EVERY FUCKING STEP OF THE GODDAMN PROCESS!!!!!!! no, you didn't pay your bills, your credit score sank to 530 I CANT GET YOU SOME FUCKING 2% INTEREST RATE YOU SAW ON TV OR ON THE STUPID FUCKING INTERNET!!! NOT EVEN PEOPLE WITH DECENT CREDIT QUALIFY FOR THAT SHIT!!!

and seems my customers sometimes can't understand the concept of rate locks and how they expire if you or someon eelse involved drags their ass in the process. EVEN WHEN IT SAYS THAT IT'S A PROMOTIONAL RATE THAT EXPIRES IN SUCH AND SUCH AMOUNT OF GODDAMN DAYS! people don't seem to understand... you don't get something done by the deadline the entire fucking deal i setup for you is GONE. POOF! MOTHERFUCKING MAGICC! YOU'RE NOW FUCKED!

oooooh, and the lady with the 600 credit score who said her house was worth 100k and wanted to pay off her mortgage AND get 30k out to build a utility room. wont go less than 30k even though the work on the house is only gonna be 15. appraisal comes back... SHE DIDN'T FUCKING TELL ME SHE LIVES DEEP IN THE GHETTO OF EAST CLEVELAND! yeah, it's a nice house, but the bulletholes in the neighbors house might kinda bring down the value.

and rate shoppers... HELLO?! I'M A FUCKING L.O. YOU ARE PAYING ME TO BE A MOTHERFUCKING RATE SHOPPER. I GET ABSOLUTLY NO BENEFIT IN SCREWING YOU ON THE RATE!!!! in fact it cuts into my tiny little cut.

the moral of the story: if you wanna take your 530 credit score and insist you can get a lower rate, by all means let this awesome deal i have for you expire and go get that rate you can't get with shitty credit. then when you come back to me cuz you got highballed and assfucked don't expect me to make it all better - because i can't.

if you live in the goddamn ghetto your house will never be wourth 100k unless the ghetto is made of platinum.

if your mortgage is bigger than your equity AND you want a ridiculuos amount of cash out you may go play a nice quiet game of hide and go fuck yourself.



these people are not only screwing me out of my paycheck, they're screwing themselves out of the fucking awsome deal i spend up to a week shopping and preparing for them because THEY know how to do my fuckin gjob better than i do. they must submit a LOT more deals than me. how many? well i've got 8 submitted. how many do they have? oh none? oh you aren't an L.O.? THEN SHUT THE FUCK UP AND TRUST THAT I BUSTED MY ASS TO GET YOU THE BEST FUCKING DEAL I CAN WITH ALL THE SHITTY CIRCUMSTANCES YOU THROW AT ME.

i mean don't get me wrong, i can work miracles for people in terrible situations, but when they play around with all the fucking hours and days and weeks and in a few cases months i put into making sure they don't get screwed and they sabotage themselves i run out of patience. i don't think anyone knows exactly how much work goes into submitting a loan... the average folder is about 2-4 inches thick of just paperwork I have to do BEFORE it goes to the lender, then it comes back and i have to meet all these conditions and bend over backwards while jumping through a hoop on fire so that the borrow who knows so much about the mortgage business can put an unlubricated thumb up my ass so that my honey and i can continue to starve and live in almost absolute poverty (we live in a fucking bug infested attick for chrissakes with NO vents and 3 outlets for EVERYTHING WE OWN) i get a little pissed.

Where the money is is doing 8-10 conforming deals a month so the upper middle class can afford their vacations and consolidate their bills.

I do about 5 realty deals, and about 4 loans a month now.

Makes for a nice living. I stay away from the hard stuff.

not exactly idiots, just people who don't understand what it's like to be an L.O. NOT paid on a salary. like i'll have a desperate question that i'll bug them about and they won't answer me until it's way to late and my deal has already fell through. i've worked at this place for 2 months and have yet to close a deal because they don't fucking help when i have questions. i'm pretty new to the business so i still have many questions that no one will help with. i just want to close a damn deal so i can move into an apartment (NOT in someone's attic) and you know, the basics... like eat...
