dear costco:
while you scare the living shit out of me in your sheer enormity and teeming with bulk-ness, thank you for saving me almost $300 off of my meds now that i have no health insurance. i'm not sure how you get away with the prices you do, but thank you. seriously, other pharmacies should be ashamed of what they charge people.

also, new doctor:
thank you for not being a douchebag and treating me like a freak of nature. thank you for not cramming me full of meds i don't need because you didn't want to take the time to listen to me and thank you for actually coming up with an over-the-counter holistic approach to my newfound maladies. also, thank you for not thinking i'm a med seeking freak for asking for help to get my ADHD meds back. i'm sort of tired of random violent outbursts/twitches/ticks and the whole attention deficit thing kinda blows too.

i will not burn the medical community to the ground today.

she gave me a month's worth of it since school starts monday (not just school - summer semester, dun dun duuuuuun!) and she's a doctor in the university clinic (read: free doctor) but i had to sign a paper for them to get my records of my ADHD and asperger's treatment from the mental health place i go to. if the supporting documentation isn't enough i just have to go through their screening/diagnostic program which i know i'll get through with no problem (well, fail miserably i guess would be more accurate).

something interesting: the dickwad that said "no one in this facility treats adult ADD or ADHD because we don't really entertain the belief that it exists" lied out his ASS. the person who runs the diagnostic/screening program at the university is a psychiatrist AT THE GODDAMN MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY I GO TO!!!! fuckin' doctors. more of a reason i've lost faith in this field.

Yeah, I figured out the hard way myself that certain psych doctors will lie about hospital/program policies so that you'll stop asking them about things. Dicks.
