yesterday marked the end of an era for me. i no longer will know the joy of an 8 hour work day, because i'm on 10's now. oddly enough, i asked for this. why you may ask? well, that way i only have to work 4 days a week and can have more time to rest and catch up on school stuff, etc. it really wasn't bad at all actually. it felt just like a normal day, i just got a little more done is all. i can definitely handle it, much better than 5 8-hour days.

i think another disc in my back is about to go, between my shoulder blades. there's a spot that when you push on it my fingers tingle and god does it hurt in that oh-so-familiar way. i really, really, REALLY would love to know why this continues to happen, as well as why my sciatica is back along with a million other things doctors seem to just gloss over. oh, well. i guess i'll just have to keep getting spine fusions until it's all just one big piece.

and eff this respiratory infection/cold/flu bullshit. i want my voice back. dammit. and why the eff did i wake up at 7:30am? i don't have to be anywhere until 1 goddammit.

bah. today is fired.

That really sucks about your back :( My aunt's back was like that too.

oh and the cold flu thing.. one of my employees was on antibiotics for close to three months to get rid of one that wouldn't go. including steroids of the oral and inhaled version. then he ended up with something called c-diff from taking all the antibiotics.

anyway.. I guess my point was, have you been on antibiotics?

i had a round of antibiotics in january, and right now i'm on another round. it's kinda hellish. and i'm on an inhaled steroid, i finished an oral one a few weeks ago.

He ended up on two 10 day courses back to back of some new antibiotic I had never heard of. It was a multispectrum kind of like ketek.
