does anyone know anything about a website or some type of database with doctor ratings and reviews? i've been charged with the duty of finding a rheumatologist. my docs don't really know any around here except the one i saw that ran NO tests, just took a few xrays and said i had nothing serious wrong 4 years ago, then after an MRI from my pain management place revealed i had a seriously herniated disk and cracked vertebrae he wrote a letter to my docs saying i didn't say my lower back was hurting when THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON I WAS THERE!!!!

doctors recommending doctors is sticky business....if they make a recommendation, and something bad happens, there can be legal ramifications. i dont know if its legal to have a board like youre talking about...google it, id be interested in knowing if you find something. we do have some good docs at the hospital. i can ask around with the nurses and see if theres a particularly good rheumatologist.
