i'm off to see the surgeon, the wonderful surgeon of oz.
also - i'm sick of being a battleground state. during the elections the candidates are up our asses, popping up here and there pretty much daily, but once the election is over we're totally forgotten. our poverty, our crime rate, our jobless rate - oh well, they won us, that's all they need from us.
i don't know about the rest of the country, but we get some pretty heinous slander ads of the candidates too, which i am VERY sick of. i'll be glad when tomorrow is over. i took the day off to watch the results throughout the day. joey and i have a date at the polling place too. we're getting up at 5:30am, getting there at 6:00 and hopefully getting it over and done with quickly after the polls open at 6:30am.
