they say igor has heart disease. they say he's got a blood clot making him not use his back legs, but when we test them, they work, though weakly. he's got a femoral pulse, and from what i understand if he's got a blood clot there wouldn't be a femoral pulse. his heart rate does rise and fall sometimes very rapidly. i think it sounds more like a spinal injury, but i'm no vet. pointers?

whwn I was a kid my dog got a tumor that was right around/on his spine down by his back legs and he wouldn't use them until it got worse and worse. I don't know how they found out it was a tumor because I was too young to be that involved in the vet visits, but possibility maybe? what have they done for tests?
