so i recommended this chick for a manager position cuz she was already fully trained and showed some real promise as a manager.

since she was promoted, she has requested off more days than all the managers combined, locked herself in the office several times crying on the phone - once to her ex boyfriend, left early as often as possible, and called me every single time she works with questions on how to do things that she's already been trained to do, whined about how she "just doesn't care" anymore, and left all her work for me to do when we share a shift which isn't fair because she's in tip-top shape as an athlete, and i'm a goddamn cripple.

i'm totally re-evaluating my judge of character. i knew she could be flaky at times, but she's just a giant disappointment to me now - to all of management. she totally ignores her fucking abilities and there's no excuse for that. i've started giving half-assed answers so she has to figure out shit on her own, i'm sick of having to tell everyone in that store what to do.
