and now? now they're saying my car will be ready monday or tuesday. that's right folks - officially 3 weeks after the accident my car MIGHT be ready. a week after they said it would be.

i hardly feel that i should give these fucks $1,000 that i don't really have (i had to take out a loan for it actually, thank you subsidized student loans...) for jerking me around for a week. the problem yesterday? THEY PUT A PIECE ON BACKWARDS! THE PIECE THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

seriously, i want to go down there in a blaze of glory, steal my car out, piss in their mouths and go about my life. this is insane.

(didn't want to hear the latter :( ) You should call Progressive claims (800-274-4499 or the claims adjuster) and provide feedback on your experience with that specific shop, especially if they are a network shop contracted with Progressive.
