discogram = most painful thing i've ever had done in my entire life hands down. they heard me screaming out in the waiting room, and i have a VERY high tolerance for pain.

i cried so hard, but i couldn't cry too hard because i had FOUR GIANT FREAKING NEEDLES sticking out of my disks. at one point i flat out blacked out from the pain. they can't give you anesthesia because you have to tell them if the pain you're feeling is similar to your usual pain or if you feel it in your leg.

what came of this? i have to have my spine fused. woo-fucking-hoo. they can't even do the IDET because there's not enough of the disk left. they could barely get the needle in because it's so shot.

fucking a dude. i asked them if they'd do a replacement but they said the don't know much about the long term outcome of those yet and i'm so young they'd hate for me to have a bad outcome. LIKE FUSING MY BONES TOGETHER IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE! either way i'm fucked.

woo, percocet is kicking in, the world just got... wiggly...

night!

Oh man, my grandpa used to have to do that all the time and I had no idea it was that painful! Jesus!

I hope the spine fusing thing works. How many vertebrae are they going to fuse together?
