the good news, ever since the tailbone alignment my limp is 100% gone as well as the shooting pain down my legs. bad news? my vertebrae around the fucked disk are grinding together and wearing each other down. i've been in traction 3 times a week to try to keep it under control.
even greater news... i'm being tested for MS. how awesome is that? i have to get a brain mri to look for legions and another on my upper spine because they think they saw "something" on the highest point of my lumbar mri. couple that with the spinal and hip contractures i'm already in physical therapy for, the pins and needles funtime in my hands and feet, tremor and crappy cognitive yuckness and the outlook isn't so great. that and i have the genetic gun to my temple because dad has it - very badly.
here's to hoping it's just the flu.... lol.

MS is so rotten, I hate it and what it does to people.
My stepmom has been pursuing every traditional and homeopathic method with a vengence trying to curb her MS.
If the doctors ever suggest putting medical cement in your back, be careful. I know a guy who had that done and at first he felt great - better than he had been in years. And then they added more later on and he can barely sit up now. :(
pins and needles? is that a circulation thing?
