Special effects does work pretty well. I've always liked the colors manic panic has but the fade factor is shit.
plus they've raised the price to $9.99 a jar too (manic panic). sorry, but $10 for cool color that fades faster than you can say "bob's your uncle" just isn't worth it.
i miss the days when the jars were $4.99 and bleach came in $.99 packages!
