so then maybe you should just stop giving so much... if the people in your life are taking advantage of you so much, the first thing you should do is stop letting them walk all over you, and next you should decide if it's really what you want to have them in your life at all... think of yourself for once, it doesn't make you selfish, andit may just save your life... and by the way, it's okay to ask for some help...if you need it... there are people around who would be glad to give to you...
