sore heart. not like "oh my tortured soul and terrible life!" no, my heart literally hurts to beat. it feels like it keeps hiccuping and shivering.

i also feel like i've had my ribs kicked in on the right side. sucks. i've been pretty damn sick all week, it was the worst yesterday but i'm pretty good at grinning and bearing it now and pretending like i'm fine.

i also lost another four pounds this week alone.

i really hope that these last blood tests unravel the mystery because i'm gettin' a little tired of this bullshit. and "we need to run this test again because of this and that and this" or "we need to add this test so that we can confirm/dismiss this and that" here, just take a couple gallons of piss, a couple pints of blood, an full body scan and just call me when you're done instead of this 7-10 business days shit that's spanned over the last couple months.

this is so maddening. i'm trying really hard not to let it get to me but yesterday and today have been some of the harder days lately, and i've got a lot on my mind so that's not helping either.

grr and rar and whatnot.

at least there's a new fullmetal alchemist on tonight.

hmm. interesting...

i can think of two possibilities right off the bat, mind you, im not a physician, just a corpsman..

A) Your heart is thudding hard because its throwing whats called PVCs. This usually happens when your electrolytes are way out of whack. Get some rehydration tabs, or drink tons of gatorade/powerade and water.

or

B) Your heart palpatations and constant tiredness could be indicitive of a Heart Murmor. Have your doctor immediatly listen for one. If you already know you have one, its getting worse.

hrm... i normally drink a lot of water, but my memory ain't what it used to be so it's a possibility i've forgotten to do so. that's so sad that my meds and ECT have screwed my brain that bad over the years.

as for b, i had a doctor once mention the "possibility of a murmor" but he never pursued it. that guy was also the guy that put me on trazidone for insomnia thought, so i didn't put too much stock in what he said. i'll certainly mention that to my doc tho. i never thought of the possibility that the two (my heart and The Mystery Illness, Tm) might *not* be related...

thanks for your input :)

p.s. you can come back now.

Oh no - what is wrong with your heart?! That SUCKS. It's so scary. I get some weird palputations that last about 10 minutes every now and then (I'm sure it's not as bad as yours - there usually isn't any pain) and I'm like, "oh - the gig's up. See you in the next life."

any palpitations are scary i think, even the ones you get after a good run. i always get that same thought too, lol. "oh crap, i never did my dishes and they're going to smell a rotting corpse, come in here and find me, and think i live like a slob..."

then the dizzy spell passes and i feel like a jackass, lol.
