today...

my mom is really getting into reseaching my head problems. kinda freaky, she never cared before.

wondering if a good friend it still alive, even tho i can't be there.

realized whats wrong with the stupid fucking scene up here: it's al about image. as wyl said: it's all about making appearences and being snooty fucks that undercut eachother at every turn for their spot in the goddamn limelight. driving though akron tonight i saw something i haven't seen in cleveland in a VERY long time - people having fun. people who you can tell it was their sole purpose to come out and have fun. it makes me miss the old days at thursdays in akron, when it wasn't a fucking who's who game, it was all about good music, not stupid staple hand to forehead or oontz ebm SHIT. it was actual music by actual people NOT TRYING TO BE L33T3R THAN THOU! one day i hope to see people get off their pedistals and stop screwing eachother over... but i think i won't see that until i move faaaaaaaaar away from this place.

yeah... so that's my rant for today, sparked by akron and wyl.

people will always put themselves on pedestals and try to be better then each other, no matter what city you live in...
the key is to not let it get you down...
worry about yourself , no one else...with the exception of wyl, of course...
i spent a long time freaking out about how horrible and corrupt a lot of people are...
but it just drove me crazy and into a hole...
when i stopped giving a fuck about other people and starting to understand i couldn't control them, just myself...
i became a lot less stressed out about it...
just a bit of advice, because i like you...

Very very true.

There's shit everywhere. It's just whether or not you let it get you down. However, I DID find that moving to a bigger city actually helped, because now I have more choices of places to go if there are particular people I wish to avoid, instead of just staying at home. My biggest problem with cleveland is/was that everyone is always up in everyone else's shit because it's small. You can't help but know what's going on with people if you're at all active in the scene, whether you wish to know or not.

I don't miss that at all.
