Well it's FRiday at least (is it Friday?), and that's good... unless you're working tomorrow, which you probably should be, with all those dumb assholes out there watching TV and not realizing how valuable your services are right now. Just think... at least 90%+ of the people you deal with are not as smart as you - infuriating I know, but there for the taking.
And I'm sure you know that's how this game works: stay on their asses... more apps = more closings = more $$$$.
