so i work with people who are rich, and i work with people that are poor. i prefer to work with poor people because i like the joy in their voice when i tell them i figured out a way to save their homes.

so it got me thinkin...

in ohio, you are allowed, once a year, to get a free credit report from each of the three big bureaus. so i did. low and behold, WHAT A FUCKIN' MESS!!!

there was shit on there that was included in my bankruptcy last year that wasn't marked as discharged/chapter 7. i pulled out my bankruptcy report and disputed the fuck out of all of those.

second... there was a discover card on there that had a $3000 balance.

i've never had a discover card...

so that's being investigated now.

so no wonder people who pull my credit for shit tell me to fuck off. but now i'm polishing it up and making it gleam again. i'm glad i looked before the apartment lady pulled it and got a fun surprise.

so pull your credit and make sure you aren't getting a giant thumb up your ass.

dispute every last fucking thing.... the burden of proof lies on the company, not on you. Most of them would rather not contest than to search for the information. I must have had at leas 5 items removed in this way.

erg... everything... like, what debt does bankruptcy cover... I only have several thousand of creditcard & medical bills, the majority of my debt is student loans and I haven't been able to find a clear answer as to wether that would be included in bankruptcy or not... also, my finacial records are a mess, having trouble finding half the stuff. So, I guess I've been stressing out a lot with very little progress, and I was trying to look into it on my own before hanging out with Ian this weekend (because he said he would help me figure stuff out if I had all my info together)
