i think all the shoulder problems i've been having is my muscles tensing up to protect me against a herniated disc in my thoracic spine. great. disc # 5. hopefully i can avoid another fusion, bolts, screws, rods or more 6 inch long needles stabbed into my spine this time. or any of the 11 other wonderful surgeries/procedures i've endured the past 5 years.
did i mention we still don't have insurance due to justin's job being a contracting position to save companies money? no? well, we don't have insurance because companies don't seem to need graphic designers on payroll, just "open ended contracts" that are basically for all intents and purposes employment, just through another company so they don't have to give us benefits.
i'll be fine as long as i don't have to take deep breaths, turn my head very far or cough. or make quick movements with my arms. what's that you say? i have a project due for my sign language class - a language that involves hand gestures and frequent arm movements? fuuuuuuck.
