the job market around her fucking sucks. i need health benefits, there's no way around this. the jobs around here all cater to the college kids who are still under mommy and daddy's wing (of which i have not been for a LONG time) so hardly anyone offers health insurance.

aside from that, everything is also minimum wage. i cannot survive on minimum wage.

i'm going to totally flip my shit if i have to stay at my current employer much longer. i need to either get paid like i deserve to be or have less responsibilities. there's no fucking reason i should have a workload twice the size of the assistant manager's. there's also no reason i should be training said assistant manager when he's been with the company over a year and a half. i hate it.

i seriously have no idea how to find a decent job anymore.

and i'm tired, but i'm tired on my own, so imma go to sleep and take advantage of this.

Monster.com + apply to stuff you aren't quite qualified for, but are almost qualified for. If all else fails, use aerotek or kelly or something like that, but beware, for they will lock you out of any other company they represent if you hate the job, no matter what they may tell you.

Or just do job searches on big companies' websites who you know have insurance, like the cleveland clinic or something.
