well... my leave of absence finally kicked in - 3 FUCKING WEEKS AFTER IT HAPPENED.


this means i don't get paid for this 40 hour week. I WORKED FOR FREE ALL WEEK!!!

That does not seem kosher to me. They can't not pay you for time you worked. Unless maybe they are paying you to not work starting now, and even then that does not seem right.

i have to RE-SEND my return to work papers because they lost them at corporate. until then i don't get paid.

they lost my return to work papers at headquarters and pulled me off of payroll. that means i prolly won't get paid for this week too until i re-send the papers (which i did via fax). they motherfucking better retro me or heads will ROLL!
