i'm still at that point with my job where i actually get excited to go, mostly cuz i'm kicking ass right now. i have 2 deals on my burners, i had three, but the customer backed out. also i get to help people that are in financial binds AND make fat cash. even though i have to dress like a corporate ass-puppet 4 out of the 6 days i work. jerks.

okay tom being a giant piece of poop is funny.

but anyway...

i've been calling this cuntface every hour on the hour, faxed her... she needs to give me this fucking appraisal so i can process this poor old guys mortgage/consolidation before he fucking goes broke. the old guy is so nice, i would kill if someone fucked him over (gloria stoker, appraiser bitch).

plus i'm looking at a $15000 paycheck if this closes before the 30th....
