i actually slept through the night! 5 solid hours for the first time in a REALLY LONG time. even when i OD'd on trazadone i didn't sleep that long solidly.

there was a lot of white noise in the room thanks to the scary and possesed humidifier that ran out of water... it was trying to steal the cat's souls i think. yappa was curled up to one side of me and wyl to the other. it was very comfy. in fact, i think i may go lay there awake but snuggle them some more.

so my shrink is in the reserves and just got called down. freaking yay.

finding a new shrink is hard. i think all the secretaries in shrink's offices have to take certain asshole exams to make sure they have the correct level of mean injected into their attitude glands.
