yeah, i'm surprised too. they want me to take meds, i said no, so now we're going to try biofeedback. i'd rather learn to cope with this than medicate it and hope for the best :P

Given what the NIH recommends for treatment, I wouldn't bother with meds.

Oh, we're going to have to limit your alcohol consumption. I say 15 is plenty, don't you?
