physical therapy is going well. i can finally sit!!!! sorry, i'm excited about that. after 3 months of barely being able to stand it's thrilling for me to be able to function.

i can start to bend over without assistance now, but after a certain point i have to grab onto something or my thighs and ease down. but still!! i can kinda bend backwards too, actually easier than forwards. soon i can return to employment!!! EMPLOYMENT!!

yeah, so physical therapy today was inspiring obviously. she kicked my ass, but it's a good kind of sore. productive sore.

i've just been so depressed being immobile that it's like someone just shot happy into my brain.
