morgan spurlock's journal was kind of a let down but his new book sounds kind of interesting...
in the small excerpts i read he points out some pretty obvious problems in american health and explains how evolution played a hand in it.
his blog is mostly promotion, but that's okay, in essence isn't that what blogs for?
